Our online gift certificate is e-mailed directly to the recipient who can use it at the LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com website or in Lifesize stores. When you purchase a gift certificate online at LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com, we will automatically send an email directly to the recipient informing them of their gift and how to redeem it online at LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com.

RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges - 30 Day Guarantee
We are proud of our Lifesizekids.com and Apothia.com collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.  

Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card or LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

How to return your item
Please contact LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip, along with the return reason. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at 1-877-476-6762 to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS or FedEx at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Returning a gift
If you are returning a gift, please call Customer Service at 1-877-476- 6762. We can credit your LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com account for store credit.

REGISTERING
Register / Sign-in
LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com Registration
Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com website, but also enables you to use our personalized features. Registered customers may also opt to be part of our LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process, simply sign-in to access their existing account.

How to register
You may access the registration screens by clicking on "my account" at the top of the LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com home page. Registration is divided into two pages. On the first page, the only information that is required to set up your LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com account is your name, email address, password and country of residence. The Personal Profile section on this page is optional, but will enable LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com to provide you with a more personalized experience in the future. You can choose to save your registration at this point or continue to the second page.

How to sign-in
You may sign in to the site by clicking "sign in" on the LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com home page. You will also be prompted to sign-in when you attempt to access a feature that requires you to be registered, such as My Account, and Checkout. When you select one of these features, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and password to sign in. If you ever forget your password, you can find instructions on retrieving it by clicking on Modify Your Password and Personal Profile.

Modify Billing and Shipping
To enter or modify billing or shipping settings, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Billing and Shipping Settings". Once entered, the Billing and Shipping Settings will appear automatically ("by default") in the shipping and billing screens when you make a purchase. When you are in Billing &l Shipping Settings, you can do all of the following:

Add a New Credit Card
Click on the "add credit card" button. Select credit card type and enter the credit card number and expiration date to the right. Enter the billing address for the credit card as it appears on your credit card statement. Please include the apartment, floor or suite number on the first address line Note: Asterisks (*) signify that the information is required if you wish to use the credit card for making purchases. You may also enter a nickname for the card. This enables you to select the nickname from a drop-down menu when making purchases, instead of by the last four numbers of the card.

Modify or Delete a Credit Card
Select the card you wish to modify or delete. To modify the credit card, simply type new information over the data you wish to replace and select "Save" at the bottom of the screen or "Delete" at the bottom of the screen to remove the card from your account.

Select or Modify the Default Credit Card
To the right of your list of saved credit cards, use the Default Billing Card checkbox to designate which card you want to serve as your default-billing card. The default credit card information will appear automatically in the billing screens when you make a purchase. (You will still be able to manually choose other available cards from the pull-down menu.)

Enter or Modify Shipping Information
Enter a default shipping address to have it appear automatically in shipping screens when you make a purchase. You will still be able to modify the information manually during the checkout process or choose other available addresses from the pull-down menu.

Modify Your Password & Personal Profile
Modify Your Password
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new password. Enter the new password a second time to confirm it. Enter a password hint. Select "Save".

How to receive your password reminder
If you are attempting to log into LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com and cannot recall your password, select "Did you forget your password?" at the bottom of the Sign In screen. Within moments, you will receive an email providing you with the password hint that you entered when you registered. If you are still unable to remember your password based on your password hint, you may contact customer service to have a new, confidential password sent to you.

Modify Your Personal Profile
To modify your personal profile, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Personal Profile." Enter or modify your profile information (gender, age range, areas of interest). Indicate whether or not you wish to be notified of LifesizeKids.com and Apothia.com news and promotions by email. Select "Save."

Modify Your Email Address
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select "Account Information". Select "Email Address and Password". Enter your new email address. Select "Save".
